Textiles are the most intimate of objects. They are made to be touched, draped, folded, handled, lived with.
Our block-printed linens and woven cushions are made by the artisans of Stamperia Bertozzi in Italy, DAK Textiles in India, and Carol Cassidy's Lao Textiles in Vientiane - workshops where the making of cloth is taken as seriously as the patterns it carries. Each piece is handmade. No two are identical. They carry the geometry of Sadu, the weaving tradition of Bedouin women, translated into linen and silk by hands on different continents.
